With reference to your email dated 10/02/2021 and 27/02/2021,we reiterate as under; 
1.You are both Hon. life members of BANAE Nagpur branch and have no authority to declare yourself as 
Organizing Secretary and Vice President of Maharashtra state as Nagpur Branch have no authority to 
hold elections of SEC posts. Maharashtra state executive committee elections for 2021-23 have been 
announced by duly authorized SEC and SEC election process has started and your both are welcome to 
participate in the SEC election and strengthen the organization. Election for two reserved posts will also 
take place as per byelaws.
