Please see this resolution by emergency  NEC held on 15th June 2021 on zoom and declared GBM and NEC elections at Nagpur Banae Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Sanskritik Bhawan on 16th June 2021 as illegal and null and void.

All should take note.

All are requested to ignore illegal election process by Er P S Mandpe and Adv Shegaonkar and Adv Dinesh Borkar.

1.All BANAE members and branches are hereby informed that Er VS Narnawre is only a trustee member and his 
charge as Secretary General was long back for not acting as per byelaws and working against the interest of the 
association. 
2.Therefore, Er Narnawre has no authority to issue any letter to any BANAE branch or any govt authorities including 
the office of the Charity Commissioner. 
3. If any such letter is issued by Er Narnawre it should be treated as null and void and should be promptly brought 
to the notice of NEC President and...

1.You are both Hon. life members of BANAE Nagpur branch and have no authority to declare yourself as 
Organizing Secretary and Vice President of Maharashtra state as Nagpur Branch have no authority to 
hold elections of SEC posts. Maharashtra state executive committee elections for 2021-23 have been 
announced by duly authorized SEC and SEC election process has started and your both are welcome to 
participate in the SEC election and strengthen the organization...

CLARIFICATION ON BANAE MAHARASHTRA STATE ELECTIONS

This is to inform to all banae members that Dr RP Borkar and Er Anil Bahadure  are  only  Hon. life members of BANAE and have not been  authorised to appoint Returning Officer and issue any notification for elections of BANAE Maharashtra State.

They have been informed twice  already and directed to withdraw illegal election notification and all communication in this regard and compliance report immediately to NEC.

BANAE would like to  inform that 16/5/1984 GR of Govt of Maharashtra has been revised with effect from 26th July 2011 by the Ministry of social Justice and Sp.Assistance.

ACJP & BANAE has been following up the issue for last 5 yrs with the Social Justice Ministry and Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission.

A case no.2346/2007-08 was filed with the State Human Rights Commission for for improving conditions,facilities and provisions  in  271  hostels run by the Ministry of Social Justice and Special assistance,Govt of Maharashtra.SHRC issued...
