1.All BANAE members and branches are hereby informed that Er VS Narnawre is only a trustee member and his 
charge as Secretary General was long back for not acting as per byelaws and working against the interest of the 
association. 
2.Therefore, Er Narnawre has no authority to issue any letter to any BANAE branch or any govt authorities including 
the office of the Charity Commissioner. 
3. If any such letter is issued by Er Narnawre it should be treated as null and void and should be promptly brought 
to the notice of NEC President and Secretary General (/c). 
4. It has beern reported by some members and some branches that Er VS Narnawre is issuing letters under the seal 
and signature of Secretary General which is llegal as all powers of BANAE trust are vested with full trustee body and 
not with any individual. 
5.Therefore,kindly take note and do not participate or do not become part of any illegal activity by Er VS Narnawre 
or Er RP Borkar or Er Anil Bahadure or any of his associates. 
6. Those branches found participating in illegal activities authorized by Er VS Narnawre or Er RP Borkar or Er Anil 
Bahadure ill be derecognized as per byelaws and provisions of BPT Act 1950.All should take note.
